If you can mention websites or ticker symbols or both that is great.Where to check the prices for OIL per Barrel? Can someone mention ticker symbols/web-pages?
It depends what sot of oil you are looking for. There is Brent crude, West Texas etc. etc.
I think most people refer to West Texas but note that Brent could go up whereas another type of Crude could go down.
You could get a reasonable idea from OILW.L which is an ETF following West Texas. (Today $64.65) or OILB.L (Brent, $53.94)
Or cnbc.com or one of the other major financial websites (Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance)Where to check the prices for OIL per Barrel? Can someone mention ticker symbols/web-pages?
You can get the latest prices for oil (delayed by 15 minutes) at the website of the NYMEX exchange where oil futures are traded:

Watch CNBC (television). The ticker band on top of the screen will show you the price as well as price movement during all the trading period in a day.
