haha good Lord i already can barely take it! estimates are that it'll be around five dollars a gallon by summer. we have oil fields in Alaska (the biggest in america) and a natural gas resevior in Utah, as well as plenty of other sources. if we actually made some more refineries and used some of our own oil we could lower prices. exxon just declared the biggest profit in history. (billions people!) how fair do you think that is??? also, research into the so called ';green gas'; has proved that it's actually WORSE for the environment in the long run (because people are cutting down forests etc to make room to grow the corn, and it takes about 2-3 gallons of regular gas AT LEAST to make a gallon of green gas or biofuel) it's ridiculous people. we need to protest. it's a big problem, and a HUGE drain on the economy. i doubt we can take it much longer.How much will the American people take.On gas prices and oil prices??????
Um, maybe you should check what the Canadians are paying.. or the British.. or anyone else for that matter, then get back to us with a question. For oil drying up, we've got a hell of a lot of it. And even though its not 99 cent anymore, its a hell of a lot cheaper than what the rest of the world is paying. Suck up the manhood and buy an economy car.
Well seeing how the oil resources are almost depleted...Americans will have to adapt or become a 3rd world country themselves
Hummers and SUV's are still being sold. Large luxuary cars are still being sold. Americans will mortage their house before giving up the big luxury auto, or SUB%26gt;
I depends on a person's financial situation. Some people are starting to car pool and others are taking a bus.
