Get used to it and chinas economy is growing and will need more oil . They are growing at a 13% clip versus the USA at a paltry 2.9 percent . Oil prices will go down before the upcoming mid-term elections to make the current administration look better. It has a little something to do with the Bush's ties to the royal Saudi family.
The oil companies are making more money than ever! If there isn't a war, or a natural disaster, they will create problems to limit the supply so they can keep their profits up.
