It's an absolute no-brainer that we tap into our vast reserves of oil and increase refining capacity.
I hope we move beyond oil and do a massive research and development into hydrogen or some sort of electric vehicle. We should look hard at improving miles per gallon. We put our best together to invent the A- bomb, we can do the same for our oil dependency.
