750 ml of cooking oil cost 72p find the price per litre, full working out including per ml.?

Shouldn't you be posting this in the ';YOU DO MY HOMEWORK FOR ME'; section?750 ml of cooking oil cost 72p find the price per litre, full working out including per ml.?
750 ml is 3/4 of a liter.

72p is 3/4 of 96p.

1 ml is .096p.750 ml of cooking oil cost 72p find the price per litre, full working out including per ml.?
I can see how you can't work that out yourself when you consider cooking oil a beer, wine or spirit. But I'm not doing your homework for you.
You use a direct proportion to calculate this kind of problem - you need to cross multiply and divide:

72 X x

---- ------

750ml 1000ml

72 X 1000 = 72,000

72,000 divdied by 750 = 96p per liter (1000ml)

96p divided by 1000 = .096p per ml

Pay attention in class and you won't need to ask others to do the math for you.
